Candid Content respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information:

• •Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

How to Submit

Send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent via email. Please include "DMCA Takedown Request" in the subject line. We aim to review and respond to all valid takedown requests within 48 hours.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

• •Your physical or electronic signature.
• •Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• •A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• •Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

Candid Content will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion.
